Book Trailer Thursday

I know many of you probably already saw this trailer when it released yesterday, but it doesn’t hurt to see it one more time, right? 😉 And to those of you who haven’t seen it yet, I hope you enjoy it!

I loved The Fault in Our Stars, but I’m not the super fangirl that many of my friends are. Regardless of that, I’m very excited to see this novel come alive as a movie. I’m also happy that I’ll have almost two years of distance between reading the book and seeing the movie; I’ll be less annoyed by scenes left out and changed. I am, however, disappointed that The Fault in Our Stars releases on June 6th because my seniors will already be out of school by then. So many of them are reading and loving this book, and I won’t get to discuss the movie with them when it releases. Maybe a few will come visit me or find me on Twitter to talk about it. :)

If you aren’t familiar with The Fault in Our Stars (I don’t want to assume anything), I’ve posted the book’s summary along with the movie trailer.

The Fault in Our Stars movie posterSummary (From Goodreads):

Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel’s story is about to be completely rewritten.
